Planning

This is where we define the project and its objectives, develop a detailed work plan with attention to any possible risks and determine the responsibility of each team member with defined timelines.

Management

GOVLINK strives to have all works executed to the correct standards within the acceptable timeline, while sticking to the approved budget. Our Team members are motivated for optimum commitment, and we ensure that there is proper coordination among work done by different teams/groups in order to eliminate all obstacles to productivity.

Delivery

This is our process of maintaining the project budget through to closure. Our Stakeholders receive project status in addition to receiving products that meet or in most cases, exceed their expectations. We are proud to stand by our deliverables, and available to support our clients to continue to  improve on, and sustain project deliverables over the long haul.
